Kaiser Aluminum, a US-based aluminum producer, appointed Fred Stephan as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2026, succeeding Keith A. Harvey.
Harvey, who has led the firm since 2020, will transition to Executive Chairman and serve as a special advisor through October 31, 2027, to ensure leadership continuity.
Lead Independent Director Michael Arnold praised Harvey for his decades of service in shaping the enterprise, while Stephan expressed enthusiasm for driving future growth, delivering stakeholder value, and building upon the established foundation.
