Viohalco experienced leader Ilias Avgerinos has taken charge as general manager at Bridgnorth Aluminium, bringing strong technical expertise from his previous roles at Elvalhalcor and SYMETAL.
Having served on the board since 2024, Ilias aims to drive growth across North America and new sectors like electrification, energy, and defence.
The UK coil aluminum rolling mill recently returned to round the clock production and increased capacity following significant investments in finishing lines and the cast house. Ilias intends to capitalize on these upgrades and tap into domestic demand as British companies seek shorter supply chains.
