Aluminum Dynamics, a recycled aluminum producer, will construct a new recycled aluminum slab center in the Golden Triangle Industrial Park in Lowndes County, Mississippi. This corporate investment exceeds US$200 million and is scheduled to begin operations in the first half of 2027. The project is expected to bring 100 new jobs to the area.
The facility converts aluminum-bearing materials into saleable aluminum slabs for the aluminum products industry.
Government support backs the project. The Mississippi Development Authority provides funding for direct road and rail infrastructure improvements, and the center qualifies for tax incentives through the Mississippi Major Economic Impact Authority program. Lowndes County also assists with the project.
