According to a report released by the World Bureau of Metal Statistics (WBMS), global primary aluminum production was 5.9031 million tons in June, consumption was 5.8059 million tons, and the supply surplus was 97,200 tons.
In the first half of this year, global primary aluminum production amounted to approximately 35.45 million tons, consumption was around 34.73 million tons, and there was a surplus of nearly 720,000 tons.
