According to the World Bureau of Metal Statistics (WBMS) report, in September 2024, global primary aluminum production was 5.891521 million tons, while consumption was 5.878038 million tons, resulting in a surplus of 13,483 tons.
From January to September 2024, global primary aluminum production reached 53.425974 million tons, while consumption totaled 54.690329 million tons, leading to a supply deficit of 1.264355 million tons.
