The Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade announced that it will investigate Chinese imports of aluminum bars, rods, wire rods and profiles. The products were involved under HS code 7604.10.10, 7604.10.90, 7604.29.10 and 7604.29.90, and the dumping rate was claimed at 35.58%.
This investigation was due to application of local manufacturers, including Austdoor, Mien Hua, Song Hong Aluminum JSC (NSH) and Tung Yang Co. Ltd., who represented almost 33% of Vietnam's production of these aluminum items.
