On October 3, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) of Vietnam started the first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on aluminum extrusions originating in China.
The products involved are classified under HS codes 7604.10.10, 7604.10.90, 7604.21.90, 7604.29.10, and 7604.29.90.
The deadline for the interested party’s response registration is December 18, 2023.
The MOIT made its final determination of the second midterm review on January 19 this year, adjusting the AD duty rate to 2.85%-35.58%.
