The platform offers more than 750 products, features like price locking, real-time shipment tracking, instant ordering, and financial ledger access, and has boosted SME registrations by 35% and active users by 240%.
Besides, a WhatsApp chatbot was introduced in early 2024 for the platform to enhance user convenience, generating over 150 leads, including export orders.
