On January 30, 2025, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) amended the final results of the administrative review concerning the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on common alloy aluminum sheets imported from Turkey to correct ministerial errors.
According to the revised final results, the USDOC determined that the companies being reviewed sold common alloy aluminum sheets at prices below the normal value in the US during the review period from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023.
Assan Alüminyum Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Teknik Alüminyum Sanayi A.Ş. were given revised weighted-average dumping margins of 1.84% and 2.04%, respectively, and the companies that were not selected for the review were assigned a margin of 1.94%.
