On March 31, 2021, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) voted and determine that the US industry was substantially injured by imports of common alloy aluminum sheet which were sold at prices lower than fair value by Bahrain, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Oman, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, and Turkey, as well as confirm subsidies from the governments of Bahrain, India, and Turkey.

Therefore, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) will issue anti-dumping (AD) orders and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on the subject goods from the above-mentioned countries.

The USITC also made negative critical circumstances findings of CVD orders on Turkey and AD orders on Indonesia. As a result, these imports will not be imposed retroactive AD and CVD.
