John Hayes, CEO of Ball Corporation, said last Thursday (February 6th) that his company expected to build two beverage aluminum can plants in the Northeast region of the US and Arizona in 2021 in order to meet the demand for aluminum packaging materials.
According to John Hayes’ statement, Ball Corp.’s production capacity of aluminum beverage can and cup projects will be increased by at least 8 billion units before the end of 2021 since the global demand for aluminum packaging materials continued growing and even exceeded the existing supply.
