The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the preliminary determination of countervailing duty on the imports of alloy aluminum sheet from China on July 17th. The countervailing duty rate was 31.20-113.30%.
According to the result of the preliminary investigation, the countervailing duty rate for Yong Jie New Material Co.,Ltd was 31.2%; that for Henan Mingtai Al.Industrial Co.,Ltd. and Zhengzhou Mingtai Industrial Co. Ltd. was 34.99%; that for Chalco Ruimin Co.,Ltd. and Chalco Swa Cold Rolling Co., Ltd. was 113.30%; that for all other Chinese manufacturers and exporters was 33.10%.
