According to the announcement from the Emirates Global Aluminum, one of the leading aluminum-makers in the world, its total turnover in 2019 was around AED 20.5 billion, which decreased by 12% year on year.
Among them, the main reason for the decline was caused by the decline in the average prices of aluminum in the world.
Moreover, the total sales of cast metal from EGA in 2019 was around 2.6 million tons, slightly lower than the previous month’s 2.64 million tons.
EGA was still one of the top three producers of aluminum in the world.
