According to the announcement from the Turkish Ministry of Trade on May 25th, 2019, on the application of Turkish domestic producers, Turkey initiated the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation against aluminum foil with thickness ≦0.2 mm originating in China.
The products involved were under the Turkish tax number 7607.11 and some products under the tax number 7607.19.
On July 26th, 2014, Turkey began to impose a 22% anti-dumping duty on Chinese aluminum foil.
