According to the latest financial report from United Company Rusal, one of the aluminum producers in Russia, its EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) in the first half of this year came to around US$1.3 billion, increased by approximately 500% year on year.
United Company Rusal mentioned that the aluminum market has been resumed by the outbreak of Covid-19 gradually from the beginning of this year, and the market demand and consumption power have both turned to become normal recently.
Compared to the next half of 2020, the output of aluminum did not change a lot, reached 1.8 million tons in the first half of this year.
