It was reported that Vladislav Soloviev, the president of RUSAL, said that the Dian Dian bauxite project in Guinea was expected to be put into operation by the end of April.
The president of RUSAL said that its annual production of bauxite could reach 3 million tons by the end of April, and RUSAL planned to increase its production capacity to 5 million tons.
However, the specific implementation situation still depended on the infrastructure, especially railway transportation.
