It was reported, the previous supply agreement between the Glencore and the RUSAL will expire in 2019.
From 2012 to 2018, the RUSAL supplied around 14.5 million tons of primary aluminum to the Glencore. In 2019, the RUSAL will decline the aluminum supply by about 25-50%.
After the supply agreement finished, the RUSAL will focus on the high added value product which was expected to increase its sales share to 60% before 2021.
