Rio Tinto Group said that aluminum makers will set up more smelting capacity outside of China as aluminum inventories will decline in coming 2 to 3 years.

Also, demand for aluminum will grow up significantly. According to the chief executive in charge of aluminum, people thought China will also be an important next exporter to the rest of world in the future.

The recent Goldman Sachs reported also said the market was easy on supply risks since it saw aluminum was on global deficits for next 2 or 3 years.

Inventories were expected to decrease to historical levels for next a few years. Chinese excess supply will be absorbed by demand growth.
