It was reported that Novelis Inc., a Georgia-based industrial aluminum company, announced on April 8th that it has received the final clearance for its acquisition of Aleris Corporation, an Ohio-based aluminum rolled products manufacturer.
After the final approval step, the acquisition will be soon completed.
