The purpose of the document was to promote the orderly exit of the uncompetitive factory. In addition, through the issuance of documents, the implementation of special energy conservation monitoring for the implementation of energy consumption limited standards in the aluminum industry.
Besides, the MIIT decided to achieve the dual purpose of regulating industry development and environmental protection by increasing the elimination of backward process equipment.
