According to the final ruling of anti-dumping made by the Mexican Ministry of Economy, China’s aluminum foil at prices below US$3.4817/kg will be levied an anti-dumping duty.
The duty rate for Hangzhou Five Star Aluminum Co., Ltd. was set US$0.17968/kg; that for Jiangsu Zhongji Lamination Materials Co., Ltd. was at US$0.6588/kg; that for Boxing Ruifeng Aluminium Co, Ltd. and other exporters were at US$1.1634/kg.
The products involved were under HS code subheading 7607.11.01. The resolution entered into force from the day after the announcement.
