Kaiser Aluminum, a US-based aluminum producer, announced the retirement of Executive Chair Jack A. Hockema, effective January 1, 2025.
CEO Keith A. Harvey will become Chairman of the Board, and Kimberly T. Glas, a government policy expert, will join as a director on the audit and sustainability committees of the Board.
Based in Franklin, Tennessee, Kaiser Aluminum produces specialty aluminum products for aerospace, packaging, and industrial markets, maintaining traditions of quality, innovation, and service since 1946.
