It was reported that the production line of 60,000-ton aluminum bar of Jiangxi Baotai Group went into operation smoothly on September 19th, 2018.

The aluminum bar smelting furnace adopted the internationally advanced two-compartment furnace, and the 50-ton two-compartment furnace adopted the advanced aluminum liquid stirring technology in the United States, which greatly reduced the burning loss and energy consumption.

The high flexibility of smelting furnace could produce aluminum rod and aluminum ingot according to the actual order of the company. High automation degree of melting furnace, automatic temperature control in furnace, automatic air pressure detection in furnace, system failure will automatically alarm and self-protection.

The aluminum rod casting well adopted a deep well of 15 meters, and the length of aluminum rod produced was long, which could reduce the cutting head of aluminum rod and increase yield.

The production line of aluminum bar marked a new step for Baotai Group.
