According to Japan Aluminum Alloy Refining Association announced that Japanese silicon metal consumption in September increased by 17.1% compared with August, that of aluminum alloy consumption increased by 13.6% compared with August.
In September, Japanese silicon metal consumption was 3,611 tons, increased by 17.1% compared with August; while Japanese silicon metal imports reached 3,633 tons, increased by 5.5% compared with August; the inventory reached 2,932 tons, increased by 0.9% compared with August.
