According to reports from PT Well Harvest Winning (WHW), the largest smelter-grade alumina refinery in Indonesia, in the first 9 months of this year, the firm’s alumina exports totaled around 824,000 tons, and the exports in 2018 amounted to 914,000 tons roughly.
WHW mainly aimed its export destinations on China, India and Malaysia for this year. The firm targeted to produce more than 1 million tons of smelter-grade alumina this year, exceeding the total output at 1 million tons in 2018.
