According to statistics from the Indian Ministry of Mines, during the period from April to July, the production of aluminum in India totaled around 1.2 million tons, dropping by 8.3% compared to the same period a year ago; that of cathode copper significantly dropped by 42% year on year to 13,100 tons roughly.
Besides, the production of zinc and lead both had a year-on-year hike of 5.8% and 10% respectively, totaling around 229,900 tons and 59,600 tons separately.
