It was reported that on April 2nd, 2019, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India announced to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on aluminum and zinc coated flat products originating in or imported from China, Vietnam and South Korea.
The case mainly involved products under the Indian Customs Codes 72106100, 72125090, 7225990, 72269990, and also related to 72101290, 72103090, 72104900, 72106900, 72107000, 72109090, 72112090, 72122090, 72123090, 72124000, 72169910, 72250510, 72259100, 72259200 and 72269930.
The dumping investigation period was from October 1st, 2017 to September 30th, 2018. The damage investigation period was from April 2015 to March 2016, April 2016 to March 2017, and April 2017 to March 2018.
