According to statistics released by the International Aluminum Institute (IAI), global primary aluminum production totaled 5.725 million tons in March, growing from the revised 5.187 million tons in the previous month.
IAI reported that China’s output of primary aluminum during the period was estimated at 3.31 million tons, compared to the revised 3.001 million tons in February.
