It was reported that from December 18th to 26th in 2019, the Heilongjiang Provincial Emergency Management Department had organized 3 special inspection teams to conduct spot checks on steel and aluminum processing enterprises in 6 cities including Harbin, Qiqihar, Daqing, Shuangyashan, Yichun, and Qitaihe.
The key spot check had the blast furnace, the converter or the electric furnace and so on the production equipment iron and steel enterprise and had the smelting, the regeneration aluminum, the casting and so on the aluminum processing enterprise.
