Guinea's Alliance Mining Commodities (AMC) is seeking a partner to develop bauxite in Guinea.
AMC bauxite project was located in Guinea's Boké region and has proven reserves of about 230 million tons. It was expected that the total infrastructure spending will be around US$15 million.
They planned to start construction at the end of this year. The mine was about 60 kilometers away from the wharf. The designed annual capacity of bauxite was 5 million tons, mainly providing bauxite of 44-46%SiO2 and 10% Max of Al2O3. If all went well, they planned to produce around 1 million tons of bauxite in 2021.
