According to statistics released by the International Aluminum Institute (IAI), global aluminum output dropped to around 5.11 million tons in February, and the average daily output was 176,000 tons roughly.
In the same month, China's primary aluminum output was estimated at around 2.88 million tons.
Besides, global primary aluminum output in January totaled approximately 5.45 million tons after revision, and the output from China was around 3.08 million tons after revision.
