The European Commission didn’t prolong the suspension period of anti-dumping (AD) measures on aluminum flat-rolled products originating in China. The AD measure on these subject products will be resumed when the application of the suspension decision ends, again starting to impose from July 12, 2022.

European Commission said that the suspension of this AD order no longer meets the requirement, adding that the duty suspension was only an individual case for special circumstances.
