According to statistics, Egypt's aluminum foil imports totaled around 88,000 tons from 2017 to 2019, showing a continuous upward trend.
However, the import volume was expected to drop by 6.9% this year, totaling around 29,000 tons, the cumulative volume will reach roughly 117,000 tons, but the figure was still higher than that in 2017 and slightly lower than 2018.
Egypt’s main import sources of aluminum foil included China, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, India, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, the UAE, Austria, and so on.
