According to the report, Jiangsu Dingsheng New Material Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. acquired Inner Mongolia Jinlian Aluminum Material Co., Ltd.'s 50% equity of JV company (Inner Mongolia Liansheng New Energy Materials Co., Ltd.) with RMB 320 million.
It was reported that the business scope of the transaction target included aluminum, aluminum alloy sheet, aluminum strip, aluminum coil, etc.
