VIS Promotex, a Croatian parasol manufacturer, said on November 2 that it has acquired aluminum foundry Lipovica, aiming to promote production and exports by achieving synergy effects in sales, production, and supply.
VIS Promotex hoped to cooperate in the production of aluminum parts to manufacture parasols for exports. Lipovica expected to have a substantial growth in the development of its production of aluminum parts for automobiles and electrical equipment.
