On January 2, a special aluminum new material circular economy industry project officially started construction in Fengdu Industrial Park.
With a total investment of CNY 9.6 billion, two new special aluminum material production lines each with an annual output of 1.6 million tons of alumina will be built, equipped with supporting facilities such as a lime calcining system.
The project is expected to produce 3.2 million tons of alumina, 100 tons of gallium metal, and 620,000 tons of iron concentrate every year.
The annual output value is expected to reach CNY 18 billion after the project is fully put into operation.
