According to statistics, at the end of June in 2019, the stocks of imported bauxite in China totaled around 33.2 million tons, up by 1.1% compared to the previous month, while down by 1.2% from the same period a year ago.
Among them, the stock in Shandong province was around 30 million tons, a month-on-month decrease of 1.6%; that in Henan province was around 1.6 million tons, a decline of 51% from the previous month; that in Shanxi province was 700,000 tons roughly, up by 55.6% month on month; that in Chongqing city was 450,000 tons, increasing by 15.4% from last month; that in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was 250,000 tons roughly, which kept flat month on month.
