According to the statistics, Chinese exports of alumina fell to 286,000 tons roughly in November this year, down from 460,000 tons in the previous month.
Since the beginning of this year, global market was under tension, and the prices of alumina from China remained high.
The exports of alumina have exceeded 1 million tons so far this year. On a monthly basis, the international alumina prices fell by 16.8% in November, somewhat dampening the export enthusiasm of Chinese producers.
