After a plunge on aluminum prices in China this March, the aluminum prices had resumed gradually currently, and the market was currently discussed whether the increasing trend would continue in the future.
From one of the market participants’ view, the current social stock of aluminum electrolytic aluminum was at a very low level, which represented the resuming demand from the downstream.
Moreover, the market also predicted the Chinese government would levy an extra tax on aluminum products, which caused most of the steelmakers and traders preferred to increase their stock level currently, to avoid tax affected.
