According to statistics released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) of China, the country’s alumina production totaled 6.05 million tons in November this year, sliding by 4.5% compared to the same month a year ago.
During the period, the production of primary aluminum was around 3.1 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 1.8%; that of aluminum products was roughly 5.2 million tons, a year-on-year drop of 3.8 %; that of aluminum alloy was 906,000 tons, a year-on-year decline of 0.3%.
