According to statistics released by the National Bureau of Statistics of China (NBS), China produced a total of around 6.1 million tons of alumina in July, dropping by 1.6% compared to the same month a year ago.
In the first seven months of this year, the cumulative output amounted to approximately 41.3 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 5.5%.
