It was reported that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) and the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) issued an announcement on August 28th, 2018 to launch anti-dumping and countervailing sunset reviews on aluminum-based unitized wall module originating in or imported from China.
This case covered products under Canadian Customs Codes 7610.10.00.20 and 7610.90.90.90, and some products under 7008.00.00.00, 7308.30.00.21, 7610.10.00.10 and 7610.90.90.30.
The CBSA will rule on this sunset review investigation by January 25th, 2019.
