According to statistics from the Brazilian Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade and Services, as of the second week of August this year, totaling nine working days, Brazil shipped around 58,000 tons of aluminum ore and aluminum concentrate, compared to 369,000 tons last August.
The daily shipment averaged 6,500 tons, down by 59.6% compared to the volume in August last year.
