According to statistics from Brazil's Ministry of Economy, the country’s alumina exports totaled roughly 757,200 tons in April this year, sliding by 11.74% compared to the same month a year ago.
The decrease in April exports was mainly due to lower shipment at the port of Sao Luis, whose shipment totaled approximately 317,500 tons, sliding by 24.5% year on year.
