Baowu Steel Group has invested RMB 7 billion on the establishment of aluminum production lines with around 300,000 tons capacity per year in Henan aluminum manufacturing base.
Henan government welcomed this project greatly and declared that they will make all the efforts to support this action.
Baowu Steel signed a contract with Bao Steel and transferred 51% stock rights of Baowu Aluminum to Bao Steel. Bao Steel paid high attention to it and regarded it as its first-class subsidiary.
