On August 19, 2024, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission announced an extension of the deadline to publish the Statement of Essential Facts (SEF) and the final report and recommendations of the anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) measure on aluminum extrusions from China.
The SEF was scheduled to be issued on or before November 5, 2024, and the recommendation of the final report will be submitted to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science no later than January 14, 2025.
