According to reports, Norway's Norsk Hydro, one of the world's largest aluminum producers, said it planned to cut production costs again.

Norsk Hydro abandoned its plan to cut costs by 3 billion kronor in 2015-2019. After that, the company also encountered cyber attacks. After the loss of huge profits, the company still set its revenue target to increase by 6.4 billion kronor in the next five years.

The company planned to shut down some of the production of its rolling product operations in Germany and it will lay off more than 700 people to improve efficiency.
