Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba) has signed a long-term service agreement (LTSA) with Mitsubishi Power, a power solutions brand under Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), for the supply of parts, repairs, and services for Alba's new 680.9 megawatts (MW) Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Block using Mitsubishi Power's advanced J-series gas turbine technology.
Alba inked this agreement after its new agreement with Mitsubishi Power and SEPCOIII to design, engineer, procure, construct, and commission a new Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Block as part of the expansion of Alba's Power Station 5 in Bahrain.
