According to Aluminium Bahrain (Alba), the world's largest aluminum smelter outside China, hit a new high on its aluminum production in 2019, exceeding 1.36 million tons, obviously up by 35% compared to 2018.
Besides, Shaikh Daij Bin Salman Bin Daij Al Khalifa, the Chairman of Alba's Board of Directors, said that the commissioning of Alba’s production line 6 also marked a successful transformation in 2020, and the production line will have certain effects on Bahrain’s economy and Alba's business performance.
