On March 24, 2023, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission initiated an accelerated new exporter review of the anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) measures on certain aluminum extrusions from China, following an application submitted by Antai Technology Co., Ltd. on March 3, 2023.
The period of this accelerated review was from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. The final recommendation would be made by the Anti-Dumping Commission no later than June 23, 2023.
The products involved are under HS codes 7604.10.00.06, 7604.21.00.07, 7604.21.00.08, 7604.29.00.09, 7604.29.00.10, 7608.10.00.09, 7608.20.00.10, 7610.10.00.12, and 7610.90.00.13.
